I wanted to share an experience we had yesterday that we are hearing over and over again. We got a call from a local business owner that rented one of those rental carpet cleaning machines from the local retail store. He wasn’t able to get the dirt out and decided to get it professionally done with our company. We went out and went over the areas that he had tried cleaning with the rental machine — man was he surprised! You would not believe how much DIRT came up out of the floor AFTER he had “already cleaned it!” He stood there in disbelief watching our machine suction out so much more dirt.
